Eave is a CRM platform built for roofing contractors. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

1. Who We Are

Eave CRM is operated by Kutsch Roofing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Stromsburg, Nebraska. You can reach us at hello@eaveroofs.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company information.

CRM data: Information you enter into Eave — including job details, customer names, contact information, estimates, invoices, and pipeline data — is stored on our servers.

Voice recordings: When you use Eave's voice AI feature, your voice calls are processed in real time by our AI assistant. Voice audio is transmitted to third-party services (Deepgram for transcription, ElevenLabs for text-to-speech) solely to provide the service. We do not store raw audio recordings beyond the duration of the call.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the app, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken, to improve the product.

Device information: On mobile, we may collect device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Eave CRM platform
• To process voice commands and return AI-generated responses
• To send transactional emails and SMS messages on your behalf (estimates, invoices, follow-ups)
• To authenticate your identity and maintain account security
• To improve the product based on usage patterns
• To respond to support requests and communications

4. Third-Party Services

Eave integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
• Anthropic — AI language model powering Eave's assistant (privacy policy)
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for voice calls (privacy policy)
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription (privacy policy)
• Twilio — SMS and voice call routing (privacy policy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy policy)

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their specific function. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users within your team.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and CRM data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@eaveroofs.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing

8. Children's Privacy

Eave is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Eave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
